This website is owned and operated by Solera Awning® Motor Part, Replacement, Fabric. By visiting our website and making purchases, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

Using Our Website

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and make purchases. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
  • Solera Awning® reserves the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations and improvements to our website at any time without notice.
  • We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing and availability on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that these will always be current due to our reliance on third-party suppliers.
  • The photographs of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that your computer’s display accurately reflects product colors or dimensions.
  • Solera Awning® assumes no liability for damages incurred from errors, omissions or misrepresentations made on our website.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities available for purchase on select products.

Placing Orders

  • When you place an order with us, you are offering to purchase the products in your order based on the terms, conditions, and shipping costs stated at the time.
  • All orders must be paid in full before they will be processed and shipped. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
  • For certain specialty products, a non-refundable deposit may be required before your order will be processed. This will be indicated clearly in the product description.
  • Solera Awning® reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion, in which case we will issue you a refund for any amounts previously paid.
  • Once an order has been placed, any changes must be submitted in writing via email within 24 hours.
  • The risk of loss transfers to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Title transfer is completed upon our receipt of full payment.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We only ship products to the United States and Canada at this time. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Most orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped within 5-7 business days after receipt of payment. This may be longer during peak seasons.
  • Solera Awning® is not liable for any delays in shipping due to inclement weather, customs delays, or other carrier issues.
  • A valid phone number is required for all shipments in case the carrier needs to contact you regarding delivery logistics. Failure to provide a valid phone number may result in significant shipping delays.
  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order total and shipping address. You will have the opportunity to review all charges before finalizing your order.
  • We ship using trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx and USPS. Once the order is transferred to the carrier, we have no liability for delays in transit times.
  • Delivery signatures may be required upon receipt of your order, especially for large items. It is your responsibility to make appropriate arrangements for receipt.

Returns & Refunds

  • Please inspect all products carefully upon delivery and note any damages or shortages on the carrier’s bill of lading before signing. Contact us within 3 days of receiving damaged or defective products to initiate a return or refund.
  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and components. We reserve the right to reject returns that are damaged or missing parts.
  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days after the original delivery date to be eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. Refunds may take longer to process for specialty orders.
  • No returns will be accepted for used, installed, damaged, or customized products unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us before returning these types of items.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to any returns or cancellations made after 5 days from the original shipment date. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  • All sales on custom fabricated products are final and non-refundable. Please confirm all details before placing your order.

Product Warranties

  • Solera Awning® strives to provide high quality products that are free of defects and manufacturing problems. Most products include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects.
  • Warranty coverage only applies to products that are properly installed and used under normal conditions. It does not apply to normal wear-and-tear, damage caused by improper use or negligence, or use contrary to instructions.
  • Cosmetic damage and natural fading over time are not covered under warranties. Discontinued products are covered only by original manufacturer’s warranty at time of purchase.
  • For warranty claims, contact us with photos and description within the warranty coverage period. We will determine if a replacement, repair or refund is appropriate based on the claim.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty returns and repairs after 30 days. We cover shipping costs for defective items reported within 30 days.

Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and security. Our website uses secure encryption protocols to protect all transactions.
  • We will store billing and shipping information you provide to process orders and improve our customer service. This data will not be shared or sold outside of our company.
  • We do not store customer credit card information on our servers. Card information is securely transmitted to and processed by authorized payment processors like Stripe and PayPal.
  • Please review our full Privacy Policy published at the bottom of the website for more details on how we handle your private data. You consent to the practices in our Privacy Policy by using this website.

Account Security

  • If we enable customer accounts, you are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised so we can take appropriate steps to secure it. We are not liable for fraudulent charges to compromised accounts.
  • Solera Awning® reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in unauthorized or fraudulent use of our website. No refunds will be provided in the case of account revocation due to fraud.

  • All content and materials on the Solera Awning® website are protected by copyrights owned or licensed by our company unless otherwise indicated. This includes product images, descriptions, pricing, graphics, designs, logos, digital downloads, and other content.

  • California state law governs the interpretation of these terms and all related agreements, notwithstanding any conflicts of laws principles.
  • Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, customers located in California are entitled to the following specific consumer rights notice: If you have any complaints regarding goods or services purchased from Solera Awning®, please send an email detailing the nature of your complaint to [email protected].
